And of course the V&H short shots have a distinct Harley sound. The bike clearly is much faster than the regular Standard. Possibly engine work but we do not have records. The Neutral light does not come on, which is probably the micro switch, therefore you need to hold the clutch in on start up. The check engine light comes on irregular with the O2 sensor showing loss of power so either a pinched wire or the O2 is simply up for replacement. But runs excellent. The famous Softail line started in the late 70s a s a new design, picked up by Harley Davidson in the 80s and became of their signature lines still produced today.
