The most obvious are the hardcase bags that were added for storage. Of course, they can easily be removed. Also changed is the removal of the front turn signals. The bike has very few flaws some should be expected and of course comes at a steep discount. The front fender is dented (not pointed out in the walk around video) and there are a few scratches here and there. All easy to fix if you feel you need to but in general you are getting a M8 powered Low Rider for a fraction of the new price.
